Kia Su & Kia Si Time!!
Exams on 30 JUNE!!
Surely did get a surprise from my college friends. I thought just the BELANJA of lunch at Burger King was all for me.
Didn’t expect them to get me present xD
And its 25-batang- STABILO o.o I didn’t think that they would take deeply to the things that I like. ( I was simply saying that day about how much i like stationery). But YAY!
Wohoo! It was a blast! Pei Yi and I rush from Subang (6.45) and we managed to reach the camp site at 7.35! Wohoo!
-Journey- not so much of traffic jam, its just a lot of cars and two lanes only. Surprisingly, the opposite direction has 3. =_= After the signboard (MBS), the road was just NOT straight. It was so curvy and we were swinging left to right. Pity Pei Yi cos she was having dinner in the car during the ride.
Reached Destination! For them it was lunch time. And we were kind of lost cos we don’t know now where is the hall and the campers. Luckily few of them were passing by, so they led us. xD
And we didn’t know Li Teng n Delicia will be there =_=
We managed to have sip of drink in the Dining Hall and of for practice.
Definitely lot of new faces but we know a bunch of them. 150 campers were present. Pastor Gurmeet was leading in prayer after practice. We (committee) began to soak the place with God’s presence and upholding the session to God. Truly, although some problems here and there during p n w(xD), pastor took over in the middle of the slow songs as I also felt that the Holy Spirit is among us.
Pastor shared Ezekiel 47; the Holy Spirit and our ‘level of faith’. Altar call was taken place and people slain (as usual). Pastor also ask all the siblings to come together and pray for their own family for BLESSINGS and the session ended at 12.20am. Which continue on ‘CRAZY NIGHT’. Normally, all the group performance will take place. It was kinda late so we decided to make a move first.
Ps: It didn’t occurred to Pei Yi to STAY OVER for camp since it was the last day. Boo for me cos I have class the very next day 8am. But I’m glad Pei Yi didn’t, or not, I would be scared to drive back home. The same road we use to come is PITCH BLACK. We can only see the car spot light and fog here and there.
Hint: Imagine if I drop Pei Yi out of nowhere in the dark o.O ngeh ngeh. Don’t worry i not that evil.
Although it was only 1 session, it’s worth the journey, the time, because God see the obedience in us, not sacrifce. Pastor also had spoken to me when session is about to finish. *pnc* -May it be God’s will and prophecy will take place-
Wow! Hillsong United was a blast! About 3000 came to praise and worship God.
I was serving as security in front of the stage incase got any “SMART” fellow want to dive or kiss or molest or hug the band. There were about 15 of us making a border lien in front of the stage. As yes!! We had to stay there throughout the ENTIRE concert. But also pity those like Angeline who was outside the auditorium to guide people where the toilet might be.
Starting of the concert, I regret that I didn’t have any earplugs. Not because of the band’s noise, but from the screaming of girls (not to mention boys too). It’s like almost to the edge of being deaf. =_=
Although I didn’t get to enjoy like the rest of the congregation, it was worth the doing (back super pain-OUCH). We the security was facing the crowd most of the times. And as the band faces the people as well, it almost felt like WE were leading with the BAND. Wohoo! Tell you the truth; I kinda know the songs that they were singing. (Great minds think alike =P) And the songs are the same as the ones I chose for Camp. And yes! I am going to CF camp on the last night with some of the seniors. Just pray that we might be able to reach the campsite in time for session as we will be leading with the current Form Fives.
We couldn’t take ANY pictures of the band during the concert, so it’s kinda sad. Oh yea, incase you didn’t know I was guarding the stage in front of Jadwin “Jad” Gillies. He’s a vocal/ lead guitarist. His harmonizing and 2nd voice skills are unbelievable.
Will blog about my bday soon after I receive pictures from my friends. =)
